Late dues

The next round of late fees will be going out in the coming weeks.  With another late fee of $25.00 making the total $110.00 please pay now or by the next late fee.  The next step is to turn the late payment over to a lawyer.  There are only a few people who have not paid.  Thank you to all those that have paid.  Your HOA appreciates it when we go to pay the HOA bills and plan projects.
