Hey, so I'm a college student who is trying to take advantage of my free Adobe software, but I made a mistake when setting things up and am not sure how to fix it. I accidentally made an Adobe account with both my personal email and my college email, so one account has the basic free stuff and the other has all my university perks. Well, I did a lot of work on Adobe Fresco on my personal email account on accident and now want to transfer it to the university account so I can use the full set of features. However, I can't seem to transfer anything with layers and whatnot. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you.

I'm having the same issue as 0P however not all of my artwork is saved to the cloud. Is there anyway to do the transfer if they are only saved on my iPad app? I ask because my fresco app is currently Crashing upon start up so I'm also trying to recuperate what I can.
Thanks for any insight.

sadly i just found out that in fresco my apple pencil got a mentionable delay which i never experienced on adobe draw before. for that i think the setup isn't suitable for me and i wanted to ask if there are other users experience the same problem or get feedback on how to reduce the delay to adobe illustrator draw standards.

Its the smoothing issue. Its an issue I've seen not just with Fresco, but with almost every drawing and painting app, be it Clip Studio, PS, or Procreate. The higher the smoothing is on, the more its going to lag things down

I too am having these issues with my Apple Pencil and Fresco. I'm on a 1st generation iPad Pro 12.9 inch and completely love Adobe Draw. But I too am experiencing lag issues with the vector brushes (as mentioned elsewhere in this thread it's mostly the basic round vector brush and any time I turn the smoothing up). Bit of a bummer as I've not experienced that issue in other drawing apps even with it being a 1st generation tablet.

I just bought an iad pro with apple pencil 2, I was so upset that I experience delay with pixel brush not vector brush. Even change smooth is not helping. Does anyone has this problem? Thanks for advice.

I'm also having this issue on my HP Spectre x360 with HP stylus pen, I see this has been around for a few years now, is there an update on this? The delay is with with every bruwh when the smoothing is on. I've tried different vector brushes, different settings, but without the smoothing there's really no point in using the app ...

I'm wondering if this issue has been resolved. I'm experiencing the lag with vector brushes as well. It just started last week with the round vector brush and now the vector taper brush. I will attempt to see about adjusting the smoothing.

I've just installed an update to Fresco this morning. I've tried different vector brushes, different settings, but without the smoothing there's really no point in using the app, it's a necessity for me.

I have been having issues too, not just with vector brushes but with the eraser tool as well. It doesn't seem to matter which settings that I change, I still experience severe lag. This is a recent issue as I haven't noticed it before working on my latest project. Which is a bummer because it is really slowing down my process.

Sue, Adobe should seriously reconsider kicking users off the Draw platform until this issue is resolved. Fresco can not get out of its own way, it can *not* handle quick strokes or stippling, simple things that Draw had no problem rendering in real time. If I make 10 quick hashmarks with the round vector brush, no smoothing, I get maybe 6 marks on the screen, and they all appaear after my hand leaves the glass. Fresco can not do what Draw does, regardless of which iPad used, and Adobe is charging us money to rescue years worth of Draw work if you have more than 2 measly gigs.

This is insidious. Ask any of us to pay for Draw and we'll happily support it because it *works*.

Suddenly my Adobe Fresco started to perform extremely slow. Not a lagging issue but the whole working process such as dragging, saving, changing tools, etc. It takes forever to switch from one tool to another. Fresco is up to date and I have plenty of space. How do I fix this problem?
Thanks

Also when coping and pasting a group of layers or when saving a file suddenly a random stroke or section of another file's layer stroke appears having to find it and erase it. This is time consuming. Anyone having the same issue or suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks

Same and for me Fresco is crashing. Lagging. Been doing this for over a year. But really bad now. I tried it in offline. I am drawing with 0 smoothing. Please help. I like fresco. But I can't make progress because having to wait for it to unfreeze to continue then it does it again.

Hi EnchantedGrey. I figured out why my Fresco was running soooo slow. The file I am working on is huge. I started another file and it runs smooth. About the crushing you are experiencing, I haven't have it crushed so often, very rarely. The pen slagging, I notice is much longer on Vector brushes than Pixel Brushes.
Did you try downloading Fresco again?

I started using Adobe Fresco, but everytime I open it I get a message saying that I need at least 3gb of space on my iPad to be able to use it. I have more than 10 gb of free space so I don't really understand. I tried deleting a few things, restarting my iPad, re-downloading the app and I managed to make it work a few times, but I mostly just can't use it.

Many months after I still have this problem. The issue went away for a while and it recently came back. The only way to fix it is to re-install the app and the last time I did that I lost a project I had worked on that I now have to re-do. Looking forward for this to be fixed, I'll be using procreate in the meanwhile

Hi Wisbey and Ohiohaze. Wanted to make sure you saw my response above so I'm reposting it here: The team believes it's discovered the problem and we'll be releasing an update very soon that hopefully will resolve this issue.

That's really odd. I'm not sure how the storage space thing is with the iPad, I know sometimes with MacOS, it can get squirrley with the amount you have left and and what it needs. what kind of iPad do you have?

Basically, it is a pop up that appears when I open the app saying that I need at least 3 gb of free storage space on my iPad for Fresco to work. I can close it and navigate within the app, but I cannot open/use any documents without this pop up to appear again.

Hello! Same error here. I have an 32 GB Ipad Pro and I just lost one of my fresco projects because it didn't save it. The pop up says: "Low on storage. Your device is low on storage and document recovery has failed. Please free up device storage and retry. Cancel will discard unsaved edits and revert to the last saved version".

Please message me through Fresco's Report A Bug link (tap the gear icon on the Home screen, then from the App Settings menu tap Help > Support > Report A Bug) and make sure to leave in all of your device/app information.

Hello! This is pretty late but the issue has come up (for multiple others aswell) once again and even though i tried EVERYTHING (restarting device, deleting items/apps, deleting files and updating the app.) it is still there. i would encourage trying to fix this issue so everyone can go back to enjoying Adobe Fresco as it once was. Thank you

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue with Adobe Fresco. To further troubleshoot, could you please try signing out of Adobe Fresco and then signing back in using the Google login method? Additionally, check the available storage space on your iPad/iPhone or C drive (if you're using Windows).

Hello, I've been running into the same issue and was wondering when this bug would be fixed. I saw that you replied to this post in 2019 and have the adobe fresco up to date. I know it is not my shared cloud storage that is the issue because I have 100 GB and only 3% of that is being used. Do you or the developers know when this issue would be resolved it keeps popping up when I am drawing every few minutes of me using the app on my laptop? I have an iPad I use the app on also and don't have this issue if that also helps.

I understand that you are encountering an issue with Adobe Fresco related to insufficient storage space, despite having sufficient cloud storage available. I apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you. To better assist you, could you please provide some additional information?

Hi, today I spent hours on an illustration which I was really happy with. I then closed Fresco to take a break before re-opening the program a few hours later to make some final edits, only to find that my file was a blank canvas. I've done nothing different from the usual - the 'saving' progress bar was there and it was completed before the window closed.

Please message me through Fresco's Report A Bug link (make sure to leave in all device/app information that automatically populates the email). You can do that by tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Home screen then from App Settings tap Help > Support > Report A Bug.

Its been two years since this issue has been raised and the glitch still hasnt been fixed... I've been working on a peace for over a week. I last worked on it today morning and shut the file for a break. I opened it minutes back to see I had lost about 80% of what I had created.
