That's ever so interesting, I'm dying to come but can't see how it
would work for me (to hear the talk) unless I offload one of my kids
to somebody else :( How did you find out about this? Sadly not on the
jubilee library website (at least not where I can find it hehe).
I've spent some time looking at breastfeeding and active birth books
for my pregnant sister. It's her first pregnancy and she's in
Greece... I doubt that active birth can be implemented and the
breastfeeding will happen but she probably will face difficulties and
won't have support for it. So as far as active birth goes I would like
her to at least read about these things so that she doesn't go like a
lamb to the slaughter, whereas the breastfeeding book needs to be a
companion/instruction book. After a lot of browsing, I have settled on
getting her Food of Love and Janet Balaskas' New Active Birth... What
do you think? Is there a title I should be getting instead of/in
addition to these?
