Refreshed BubbleUPnP Server web site !

I have remade the BubbleUPnP Server web site to make it more easily navigable and mobile friendly (still has some issues with screenshot width on mobile). So now it finally looks like a web site that could have been made sometimes in the 2000's rather than the late 90's.

I also revised information and updated screenshots, as some stuff was obsolete.
There's also some new info such as the full list of command-line and configuration.xml options.

Remaking this site was long overdue and a good excuse to learn the excellent and awesome Hugo static site generator !

I need to put the videos in the playlist in alphabetical order.
I would like you to add this option to the excellent bubbleUpnp app.
I await this implementation, which is highly anticipated by your users.
