Subtitles return internal error

I have the paid version. About a week ago subtitles stopped working. 

I search subtitles, the search works and lists the results, but when I choose any subtitle from the list, it just says "internal error". I always watch tv shows and movies in foreign languages and this functionality was key for me, is there any way I can fix it?

It is an issue with opensubtitles.org. I have contacted them about it and will let you know.
