Quobuz connection problem

I have lost the Bubbleup connection to Qobuz. Qobuz support seem to have identified the issue without providing a solution wrongly assuming I have technical knowledge.

They say the problem concers a 401 error, URL and http being recognised. Instead of https. I am confused.  Clearing cookies and caches has not worked and neither has. loggng out of Qobuz and logging back in again.  I would be grateful for advice.

So I can have a look, can you send me (bubblesof...@gmail.com) a log file, triggering this error http 401:

- launch the app
- go into More > Settings > Control
- Enable "logging to file" (at the end of the page).
- IMPORTANT: Exit the app (More > Exit)
- restart the app
- trigger this error http 401
- exit the app (More > Exit)
- email me the files found on internal storage:

On Android 10 and below:

/Android/data/com.bubblesoft.android.bubbleupnp/log.txt
/Android/data/com.bubblesoft.android.bubbleupnp/prev_log.txt (if present)

On Android 11 and higher:

/Downloads/com.bubblesoft.android.bubbleupnp_log.txt
/Downloads/prev_com.bubblesoft.android.bubbleupnp_log.txt (if present)

You can access them with a file manager app and share them to your email app for sending them.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to not restart BubbleUPnP until you have sent or saved the log file as it is overwritten on app startup.

If you do not know, just operate Qobuz in the app in a way that does not work (track not playing, ...).

Hello, I have the same issue.

I have tried to retreive logs but there isn't any bubble logs on Android (latest).

I have the latest version of bubbleUpnp,  but it seems like I am not authorized by Quobuz.  It works fine with Qobuz connect so do they block access to bubble users ?
