BubbleUPnP demands Buy/Restore license - but license already installed

All of a sudden, when I start BubbleUPnP | More, it shows no content and rather says Buy/Restore license. I tap that and the Android tablet goes to the Play Store page, and the green button says Uninstall. And Settings | Apps | BubbleUPnP also says it is installed.

A restart of the Android tablet solved the problem for now.
