It does it on both. It's noticeably not displaying the seconds as equal time intervals.

The Moode player web interface does it too on it's now playing screen so it might not just be a bubbleupnp thing.

I am also using bubbleupnp server on a separate Pi 3 on the network (Ubuntu Linux server). Streaming Tidal and minimserver for local music on an SSD attached by usb to the Linux server.   The Moode renderer setting is 900.
