Android Bubbleupnp 4.0 lost grid view of Artist

There has been a lot of things in the new update that has changed the visual, artist only has list view with microscopic icons, it looks like shit and it's much more difficult to navigate. Is it possible to download the previous version from somewhere, I hate this update!

This could be related to a change I requested here.

The initial browse tree (initial page load) always had small icons whilst subsequent screens had larger; I had requested that they all have the larger icons. I now have consistency across all the index selection screens but with the smaller icons. I guess the morale of the story is to be careful what you ask for :-)

It sounds like BubbleUPnP is identifying your Artist page as being an index selection page and thus not offering grid layout. What media server are you using, and is this index a default index provided by the media server or one you've defined yourself?

Can you send (bubblesof...@gmail.comn) screenshots of the problematic screens for you.

Something is not right, you should have the icon to switch to the Grid view in the top bar.

Can you tell me if in your MinimServer config you have set indexArtwork=folder and if all your artist thumbnails images shown in that screenshot are

stored in the special indexArtwork folder ? (https://minimserver.com/ug-other.html#Index%20artwork).

In any case, this issue is an unforeseen consequence of the change I made to fix the issue SimBun mentioned, which involves indexArtwork.

I will fix it for next update.
