Callback function / Force to close

Can we add callback handler to open / close event.
I have dynamic content of tooltip so I need the widget calls the
handlers (beforeOpen/afterClose etc) so I can initialize the tooltip
content before they are showed.

Other there is other way to do this with current version ?

Can we force the tooltip to close by calling $
('#someId').bubbletip('close') like we can with jQuery modal dialog.
