Bubbletips & CSS sprites.

Hello there,
I'd like to give you my respects for the excellent job you' ve done
here.

My question regards if the bubbletips can be included into a CSS
Sprite image. I have read at http://www.uhleeka.com/blog/2009/11/bubbletip/
that due to CSS restriction (?) is not possible such a thing to be
achieved..
