Upload issues

Hi Everyone,

Google groups appears to be experiencing issues. I can't upload
either (and I'm the owner), I've sent an email and hopefully this will
be resolved soon. We're only using 3% of our allocated space so it's
not a capacity issue.

the file upload features has been shutdown by Google :(

They're not doing that till Jan 13th - the web page feature ends next month, but it should still be working now.
