ROOMMATE NEEDED IN BRIGHTON - APRIL 1
2 female professionals looking for third roommate in Oak Square area
of
Brighton. 25-35 y.o., grad students and young professionals
welcome.
Females preferred, but we're flexible. Spacious apt. in duplex, 3
bedroom,
1 bath, storage and laundry in basement, hardwood floors, front &
back
porches, backyard and veggie garden in summer. Plenty of street
parking (no
permits required! really!), easy access to 57, 501 and 64 buses.
Our
roommate is moving out of state, so we're hoping to find a
compatible third
- we are social but each have our own space. Rent is $500/month -
don't
worry, the rent is only low because our landlord is great! The
house is in
good condition - one of us has been living here for 2 1/2 years and
there
