it is simply a single term used in a metaphor (the currently accepted equations
for electrodynamics) that makes a certain body of experience coherent.

to take electricity as really existing is to kill a useful metaphor and make of
it a dogma.

now since the Buddha and many others treading Buddha's path find that Self is
_not_ even a useful metaphor, what need is there of Spirit?

there is no despair at no-Self and no-Spirit, rather there is delight at not
having what is not necessary. go see for your self and then enter the stream.>>
