Director of Program Services
============================
Requirements: A Master’s Degree in Human Services, Health Services,
or Management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and
supervising programs and services for disabled, homeless, and/or
elderly populations. Must have excellent written and verbal
communication skills and be proficient in word processing, spreadsheet,
and data base programs.
Responsible for: Supervision and management of the administrative and
clinical functions of a minimum of 7 assigned agency programs and
services serving psychiatrically disabled, elderly, or homeless
populations.
Responsible for: direct supervision of assigned Program Coordinators,
Program Directors, and/or Program Managers; development of knowledge
base and skills in one or more specialty areas such as: Health Care,
Addictions, Elder Services/Assisted Living, DMH Human Rights, Homeless
Services/Housing Development, etc.; participate in 24-hour emergency
back-up system; act as liaison to community, family members, other
providers.
Reports to: Director of Program Operations
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 (annualized starting salary range) with full
benefits
Assistant Controller

Requirements: Accounting Education and 3-5 yr. experience preferred.
Responsible for: Supervision of fiscal personnel in day-to-day general
accounting functions involving payroll, accounts receivable, accounts
payable and month-end financial closings and internal control
compliance.
Reports to: Controller

Program Supervisor

Requirements: BA in Human Services or related field plus a minimum of
one-year clinical experience, supervisory experience preferred; or a
minimum of 3 years related clinical experience with at least one being
supervisory experience.
Responsible for: Supervise the well-being and maintenance of the
program site and its residents. Supervise the Residential Counselors of
each program and attend to administrative duties.
Reports to: Program Coordinator.
Pay: Annualized pay $27,956.00 plus full benefits.

Responsible for: Providing daily, direct rehabilitative assistance to
