USB 4.2 Dongles seem to work fine, but I get no advertisements when using USB 5.0 Dongles

I recently purchased a new USB BLE 5.1 dongle and expected it to be capable of scanning for advertisements.  It seems I never get any advertisements when using this dongle.  I have tried various BLE 4.2 dongles and they all seem to work properly.  Is there anything extra i need to do to make BLE 5.x dongles work properly?  I looked through the HCI traffic and it seems to be very similar to the traffic sent for a 4.2 dongle.  The dongle is accepting the commands and sending positive responses, just like the 4.2 dongle.  The main difference being that the 5.1 dongle is not ever sending out any RX advertisement events.  Im stumped.

Which USB BLE 5.1 dongle do you have? Could you share your HCI logs for both types?
