btpd 0.16 released

Hi btpd-users!

Since I didn't receive any negative feedback on the latest build, I
just released 0.16. This release has a few minor changes since 0.15:
- Added "start all" (start -a) command.
- Allow adding multiple torrents at once.
- Custom list formatting options.
- Man pages for btpd, btcli, and btinfo.
- Handle .torrent files larger than 2MB.
- http parsing and addrinfo freeing fixes.
