EasyInstall issues: fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'kernel32.lib'

Specs:
Windows 10 Pro x64
Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019
CMake 3.16.4 x64 (added to system path)
Java 8 Update 241
Running "EasyInstallWithRedistributableMatlabToolbox.jar" results in errors (see logs).
The first error that is thrown: "fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'kernel32.lib'"
What could be the result of these errors? Is it the configuration of CMake or VS?
