Need to convert .c3d files to .csv

Hello everyone,

   I'm somewhat stuck, I need to automate converting of .c3d file into .csv. I have around 50 c3d which needs to be converted to .csv format. Please guide me on how should I proceed. Also, each of the c3d files is quite large, around 12 MB each. I have been able to use Mokka for converting one file at a time. But I'm looking for something which converts each file after selecting the folder. As such I landed on B-tk, however, I am not able to use it. Please guide me.
