can not find BthEmulManager.cetool

I have installed all the things
however, I can not find BthEmulManager.cetool and  "RTFx Plugin" folder
where are they?

Hi,

Go to http://code.google.com/p/bthmsdevemul/.
Download BthMsDevEmul-0.9.4-bin.zip from the Downloads tab.
There you will find the "RTFx Plugin" folder and the BthEmulManager.cetool.
