CONDITIONAL OFFER PROGRAM: All the suitable candidates will be given the offer before training program commences. IT IS A JOB GUARANTEED PROGRAM
Eligibility: 2010 and 2011 B.Tech. / M.Tech./MCA graduates in CS/IT/ECE/EEE min 60% marks in highest degree and 65% in Inter and 10th.
Training: 12 weeks of FULL TIME TRAINING at TalentSprint Campus. There is training fee to be paid.
Duration: 3 months training followed by 3 months internship with ERP&ERP
Salary Package: 3 months of paid internship at ERPandERP at a stipend of 9,000/ month
The trainees will then be absorbed as trainee consultants on probation for a period of 6 months with a stipend of 12,000 – 15,000/ month.
Selection Process: Aptitude and Technical test followed by HR interview with ERP&ERP
ERPandERP and TalentSprint have partnered to offer a program specialising in ERP Programming. The program combines in-depth training on a leading ERP Platform with Fundamentals of Programming and practical Business Communications to create world class software programmers.
Business Communications – TalentSprint will teach various topics like business etiquette, professional values and ethics, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and other behavioural skills.
Aptitude Training – TalentSprint will work with you to ready you for Aptitude tests which are a part of the pre-employment psychometric assessments which are used to determine if the applicant is fit for the job. The course entails reasoning ability and quantative ability development as well as data analysis and sufficiency.
