Dear graduates,
As per the instruction from the Vice Chancellor, graduates who want to attend the Convocation function on 3.9.2011 (Saturday) must register themselves (in Person) in the Registration Counter at Dr. K. S. Krishnan Auditorium and confirm their attendance (in Person) to the certificate committee before 10.00 a.m. on 3.9.2011. Otherwise seat will not be allotted for the candidate inside the auditorium.
They have to attend the Rehearsal at the Auditorium at 10.30 a.m. Otherwise they will not be permitted to attend the function.
This message must be treated as important and urgent. You are kindly requested to forward this message to your friends and class mates through group mail and or phone..
