It takes immense pleasure to announce that 9th BioDiscovery research project entitled “STUDY TO TEST THE PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF 1, 3, 4- THIADIAZOLE ON PROTEIN KINASE PKNB FROM MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS: A VIRTUAL SCREENING & MOLECULAR DOCKING STUDY" has been successfully completed.
The abstract of the project got submitted for publication and presentation at Second Immunoinformatics and Computational Immunology Workshop (ICIW 2011) In conjunction with ACM International Conference on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (ACM-BCB), Chicago, IL, U.S.A. August 1-3, 2011.
The whole BioDiscovery Research group and staff congratulate the team Mr Mohit Kumar Sharma(Centre of Bioinformatics, School of Biotechnology, Jammu University, Jammu), Mr Jayendra Singh Tanwar(Jamia Hamdard, Hamdard University, Ms Arpita Debnath & Ms Archana Vimal (Amity University, UP), and Mr Vivek Chandra Gupta(SRM University, Chennai) who worked very hard on the project under the able guidance of BioDiscovery and produced some amazing results. The extent of the study is limited to computation and needs further in-vitro and in-vivo study. The study provides hints for the future design of new derivatives with higher potency and specificity.
We wish them good luck for future and thank them that they were dedicated and response in a way which BioDiscovery wanted.
