Pl report for enrollment for July-November 2019 semester on 29th July 2019 in the department office.
If any of you are on any exchange programme or attending a conference etc in India or abroad/ medical leave or maternity leave etc during this time, pl send a mail to us informing the same (with valid proof) marking a copy to your faculty adviser/ guide and Hod, BT. If you are on medical leave or maternity leave, pl send a scanned copy of medical certificate and related documents.
In that case, we will enroll you without fine on 29th itself. Otherwise you will have to do the late enrollment with fine.
Pl do this positively.

The following methodology will be adopted for the enrollment for Jul-Nov 2019 Semester through workflow.
There is no need for the students/scholars to show the proof of payment of Institute fee and hostel fee.
Students / Scholars must report on the enrollment date (29.07.2019) to HoD’s office and produce the ID card to the staff of HoD’s office who will record the enrolment through workflow.
