If you can find the larvae in abandoned fields or lots, just collect them and move them yourselves. I am not aware of anyone that sells them.
Most of the places where I see the plants, they are already there, but low in numbers due to the past two cold wet springs. If left alone, they should build up naturally.
Here is a note about tansy that might be helpful. If people mow their tansy, they undo the biocontrol they have and exacerbate the problem next year.
