Subject: Volunteer for Kids Day for Conservation
Hello ---- Can you forward this or announce to your students. Thank you –your help is much appreciated.
Kids Day for Conservation is a free, fun, hands-on natural resource education event. Youth and families will have the opportunity to learn about local ecosystems and the natural resources upon which humans depend. Come explore alternative energy technologies such as wind and solar, learn about native plants and animals, see how a forest fire spreads, build a birdhouse and more. Over forty agencies, organizations and businesses have joined together to present this family-oriented event. Attendance for this event is large and we appreciate volunteers. Both youth and adult volunteers are welcome!
