Seeds for the Sol is hiring ! Join the small but mighty climate and energy equity team! Share with your networks!

The Operations Assistant position will be involved with all aspects of our program delivery. You will help with client intake by checking for eligibility criteria and other details so our technicians can quickly go out for a home energy assessment. You will communicate with clients and contractors to gather and track project information for invoicing and recordkeeping. Your attention to detail and computer skills will streamline our program management, while building relationships within our team and with our clients, contractors, and community partners.

Part time hybrid position with weekly in-office meetings in Corvallis.
