Title: Classification of Grass Seed Crop Species using Spaceborne Imagery and Artificial Intelligence-Driven Models
Bio: Qianyi Duan is a first year PhD student in Crop Science. His advisor is Jing Zhou. His research focuses on applying deep learning and remote sensing to solve agricultural problems, such as land cover land use and crop mapping. His current project is using
spaceborne imagery and deep learning to classify and map 15 different major grass-seed crop species in Oregon.
