Subject: For WORKPLACES: No-cost Fluorescent upgrades

(This workplace opportunity was briefly mentioned at the Coalition's Annual Meeting)

Still have fluorescent tube lighting in your workplace? Read on!

WHAT TO KNOW:

  • In Oregon, it is no longer legal to purchase fluorescent lighting.
  • If  When they flicker or burn out, you cannot find more in stores.

OPTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Purchase LED replacements ($$$) and install them yourself
  • Invite Sustainability Coalition staff to your workplace for a quick, free assessment, to verify your eligibility for Energy Trust of Oregon to replace your linear fluorescents with LEDs at no cost to you  (screw-ins not included)

This is not "too good to be true" because all Pacific Power customers pay into upgrade incentive programs through monthly utility bills. The workplace lighting program has been extended through 2026. Whether you rent, lease, or own the building, your space is likely eligible if:

  • The workplace is a Pacific Power customer.
  • The workplace is 20,000 sq ft or less and/or has 20 or fewer employees.
  • The workplace has existing tube fluorescent lighting ... certain exterior and parking lot lights also qualify!

The Coalition's Saving Green program helps Energy Trust identify eligible workplaces. LET US COME BY for an assessment. Simply reply with your phone # and we will call you to schedule. Email with questions.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

RETAILER  |  OFFICE  |  FAITH  |  FOOD SERVICE  | GROCERY  |  NON-PROFIT  | LODGING  |  PRE-SCHOOL  |  AUTO BODY SHOP  |  COFFEE SHOP  |  VET  |  MANUFACTURER |  FLORIST  |  WAREHOUSE |   DISPENSARY  |  COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LANDLORD  ...and others...

We look forward to helping you save some green in 2026!

Jeanette
