Utility bills too high?
Does your Corvallis or Philomath workplace get:
  • too c-c-cold or drafty in winter months?
  • too hot in summer months?
Replace old, inefficient equipment before it leaves you "in the cold"!  Energy Trust of Oregon's cash incentives for ductless heat pumps are increasing for 2026, and incentives for insulation continue to be generous. Other available incentives include Smart Thermostats, water heaters, solar, FREE LED upgrades, and more.

Corvallis Sustainability Coalition staff help Energy Trust identify workplaces interested in FREE site visits to look for energy efficiency opportunities. Our next walk-through assessments are THIS TUESDAY December 16th, and we have a few afternoon spots left.

DO YOU QUALIFY? All commercial and industrial customers of Pacific Power and NW Natural are eligible, whether or not you own the building. Incentive funding comes from a monthly "Public Purpose" charge you've already paid into, through utility bills.

INTERESTED?
Reply ASAP with your phone # - the Coalition's Saving Green Program Director, Jeanette Hardison, will call you to schedule! Not available next Tuesday, 12/16? We can add you to the next round of site visits in early 2026.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

How do the upgrades work?
  • Saving Green and Energy Trust experts visit your site, assess your space, and Energy Trust recommends a customized solution that works for you.
  • You arrange for estimates and select your contractor.
  • Note: Contractors that are also "Energy Trust Trade Allies" are the most familiar with the incentive application process; however, you may still choose any contractor you wish.
  • Energy Trust's outreach team can support you along every step, from site assessment to completion.
Some restrictions apply and incentives are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.

PS If Consumers Power Inc. is your electricity provider and you don't use natural gas, check out CPI's website for opportunities to get non-residential and residential energy efficiency rebates, and even agricultural upgrades.
