I am Pursuing Masters degree in Psychology from Osmania University, Hyderabad. I am working on my final year project where I need data from certain sources.
I need your help by taking this questionnaire and it would be very valuable for my research paper. I'll appreciate your effort in undertaking it. The questionnaire should take 10-15 minutes to finish. Kindly read the instructions given before starting the test. Please fill up your particulars on the answer sheet provided.
This letter is to seek your consent and to inform you that the scores of this test will be will be used at Osmania university for this project where as your names and particulars will be treated with strict confidence and will not be used anywhere in the project.
If you choose to undertake this questionnaire and participate in this project, please answer all questions as honestly as possible and email the answer sheet back to me. Participation is strictly voluntary and you may choose to withdraw at any time. Completion and return of the questionnaire will indicate your willingness to participate in this study.
