Administration help needed on Wednesdays and Fridays at the BSV Centre East Malvern

Dear Members and Friends,
The BSV Centre at 71 Darling Rd, East Malvern requires some administration assistance on Wednesdays and Fridays specifically
Our wonderful Friday volunteer Yeti is travelling back to Sri Lanka for family matters, but also has suddenly found himself without a car which makes it very difficult to commute from Geelong on an ongoing basis. Thank you Yeti for your commitment, enthusiasm and all you did for us.
Nu, our volunteer on Wednesdays is going to take up a Graduate position with the Federal Government in Canberra soon and is finalising her Master’s thesis write-up in the last weeks before she leaves. Well done on this great opportunity Nu. We are really proud of you! You will be a great success in Canberra and you will be sorely missed from the BSV, as a Yagster, Office Bod and all the many things you contributed to.
If you have administration skills and would like to donate 4 hours (10am - 2pm) on a Wednesday or Friday. We would love to have your help.
Tasks would include: answering phone calls, sorting mail, answering emails, directing queries to the right committee member, some website admin, tidying office and centre, getting hall ready for evening and daily sessions, assisting monastics from time-to-time, etc. It would be great if you have computer skills but we will teach you anything specific you need to know.
It is lovely to be in this tranquil environment making a difference by facilitating meditation and Dhamma teachings to the many who come to visit us. You will undoubtedly create strong merit by doing so.
