Dear members and friends of the BSV (Buddhaloka and Sanghamittarama),

This request was included in this week BSV News Mail out. However, as it was placed near the bottom of the newsletter, it may be missed by readers. 

As this is an important planning meeting that we have to get it right, this request is re-iterated in this special mail out for your attention.

The country property which your BSV has recently signed, is scheduled for settlement on 07 Sept. We are starting to draw up a plan for setting up the property to accommodate BSV monks and nuns. As such we are calling members to a planning session to help complete and prioritize this plan.

The planning meeting will be conducted at the back of the Monk house at 71 Darling Road, Malvern East.

Attached is the Invitation letter in this regard.

Your participation will assist in the planning and conduct of the moving process .
