Manifestation of prophecies depends on faith – Pastor Akura

An associate pastor with Living Faith Church Makurdi, Timothy Akura
has disclosed in a recent sermon, that the level of one’s faith
indicates the level of the unfolding or manifestation of any prophecy
of God in one’s life.
According to Pastor Akura, a prophecy is as a great and effectual door
opened to the believer, but the devil in form of adversaries opposes
its manifestation (1Corinthians 15.9). The believer thus needs to be
violent in faith, to take the kingdom as: ‘faith is the force with
which to obtain answered prayers.’ (Matthew 11.11-13.)
To make faith work in your life requires obedience to God’s word by
acting on what God tells you to do. It also requires giving voice to
the prophecy that comes forth by speaking it out. (2Corinthians 4.6.)
This because, without faith, none can please God.
