New students guidance from TUT alumni

Hello BSUF,  Would TUT  senior students arrage an 1 hour session at any of the TUT rooms and get to know the fellow new students ? Last year we did it as a outdoor bbq party. But this time it has to be indoors are its cold and this is happening too late.
I would need a TUT room just for an hour in any of the evening this week and make sure all the new students are communicated.

Anyone who like to take this initiative?

Agenda of the gathering is to  #1 know each other, #2 Give some tips to have a smooth and a fun university life #3 Answer fellow new students queries.
