Request and help

Dear BSUF members,

Myself Sujeet Kumar Singh from Jaunpur, UP, India.It is great pleasure for me to see that kind of the Association in Finland to facilitate the Indian Student in Finland and maintain the Indian culture there.

 Recently I have been registered for the PhD in Genetics from Department of Biology  University of Oulu. I am Planing to come there  in October  for Study classes. I have already applied for Housing in PSOAS. I am looking for VISA application for SIX month. Apart from VISA application they also have One application  for the Residential permit. In this regard I Kindly request you please suggest me on the following point

1. For which category of VISA I will apply.

2. Residential permit is compulsory or not before VISA.
