BST Player (a gwt wrapper on browser plugins)

Problem:
Quicktime mov files stopped playing on Hosted or Dev Mode on Apple
OSX 10.6 or newer updates.

The is IDENTICAL code that was running in development mode and is
hosted on Google App Engine servers prior to Google App Engine issue
4712 listed below, or before approximately Feb-2011.

Quicktime examples do not play videos on OSX 10.6 update 4 and later
either.

Steps to produce condition:
GWT window loads, playlist URLs are loaded and are valid. No errors
are reported or generated. No play buttons appear on player window and
mov file(s) do not play.
