In recognizing that our tasks are yet to begin, kindly send us a table of the activities you would like to see us do in general and what you believe your portfolio should be able to do in particular.

Should you be able to tabulate this information, please do not hesitate to do so. Indicate what the activity is, expected output and responsible agent or organ.Ensure that you indicate realistic trimelines to enable us budget for the limited time next semester as we develop a calender of activities.As a guide, you might want to use our plan of activities  by strategic objectives document in the concept note but I must add that you are in no way restricted to it.

It is my hope that these identified activities can be used to galvanize resource mobilization efforts by indicating to us as well as potential partners what our investment is meant to achieve.

hi,
I must say i am impressed with the good work.
As for my corporates portfolio,i would like us to organise motivational talks,seminars and conferences where we invite the corporate organisations.
foe example we can have someone from Glsxosmithkline come and talk to us and inform us of the opprtunities out there and also tell us what we need to do inorder to be globally competitive with the other graduates out there.
We can also have someone tell us on the ways of writing a good cv that will sell out there and also how to brand ourselves differently from the other thousands of graduates. 
We could aslo liase with the corpotare firms afor funding beacuse there are funds set aside for young scientists and we should liase with the rigth kind of people inorder to access the funds.
That's alla i can think of for now but am working on developing greater ideas for my portfolio.

thanks Erico, I propose that within the first month of opening we manage to have a loaded official launching and in the within the second month (before it ends) we could we could print out our first news letter.

Furthermore, we should take it as a responsibility to ensure that a society like this one is also initiated in other Universities in order to work toward a nation society. By the way are we registered already? if not this should be complete within the first and I mean first two weeks and this should be only if such a thing can't be done b4 we open.
The recruitment drive should be so vigorous within the first month upon which advertisement for BSSKU should be both local and national to relevant bodies.

Finally, I'll be reluctant to assign portfolios, at least now, coz I thing that wud be appropriate after a compilation of all intended/ proposed activities & I'll add more suggestion as I think further.

I believe we are better of sharing ideas and working on them, Tabby, I will add the list of emails you sent very soon, sawa? And am still waiting for more from you guys...
btw, you know there are freshers in KU right now??the ones who cleared in 2009, coz its a double intake year....
