Recruitment Drive

Hi,

Hope you are all fine.. am also hoping that this will be able to reach all the people in the meeting last week.

I discussed with Jabez yesterday night and we have decided on the following steps:

• Today he will make available printouts that each of us will pick and use in registering our friends and class mates during this week
• we are going to each make a contribution of Ksh.200 or more that will be used to 
  • make 2 banners
  • brochures
  • any other registration and marketing expenses(all to be done by next week)
• each represented group will provide at least a lady a guy who will represent us,taking turns of 1 hr each, at our registration desks next week(Mon,Wed and Thur)
• after next week's drive, we will have a seminar running for a whole week(5-7 pm) for which only the members who will pay a fee of Ksh.200 will attend and receive a certificate.

Any recommendations are highly accepted.

thats okay guys op  goes well. so far a grt number of microbiology av registered and the response is quite quite intrstng. more posts in the ITS ONLY IN KU will do us gd. ppl r trackng the progress and am happy.
