So we should eliminate this parts wholly, yes? And can you send a list of the interim officials so that everyone can see the changes made before the papers were presented...

I guess yes, Morris. The chairman's sig. was done by Peter Owuor, I did assistant chair, Njogu did sec, Kiruga did asst. sec & Emmanuel did finanace. As far as I know there aren't any changes in interim officials. The positions to be filled didn't have our structure of organization and being that its was "urgent" then, I think we just wanted "members" to fill the blanks, I hope there are no complications that would result, coz we still have a chance just in case.

But you know the constituion has no chair???It has a sec-gen and six secretaries, is that not going to be in conflict with the names and structure forwarded?

It is my thought that even though we do not have the common structure of other organisations, we do have a secretary representing them.

So then I guess we should come up with a different first page format for the applic form, its possible (but definitely only if dean's office confers)  coz I haven't forwarded the previous forms yet - to our advantage  as it may look now, though it was because I thought the offices were not working. So, do I proceed in making the stuff? The responsible signatories must thus comit to find it (and not me finding them) so as to sign it.
