Hi everyone!
The magazines will likely be arriving later next week! If you'd like to help with distribution, please add your name, email, and building access to the distribution sheet. I will assign buildings to everyone before the magazines arrive. If you are willing to distribute magazines to buildings that you don't have card access to, please indicate that on the sheet. Also, we will have multiple distribution sites to pick up packets of magazines, so please indicate which location would be easiest for you to pick up the magazines from. I will send a follow-up email once the magazines arrive!
Thanks so much to everyone for your hard work in making this magazine! It turned out wonderful, and I'm excited for everyone to see it in person! It's currently online, if you'd like to share the link with friends and family. Also, we are planning a release party! More updates to follow once the magazines arrive.

Good morning!
Magazines should be arriving in the next day or so, so we'll begin distribution soon! Thank you to everyone who signed up to help with distribution! I'll assign locations for everyone this afternoon, which can be found on the distribution sheet. If you haven't already, please add your preferred pick up location, so we know how many magazines to distribute among the three pick up locations.
Also, we'll be having a release party this weekend at Strawberry Creek Park! Please head over to the Slack to vote on which time and day works best for you!

In case you haven't seen the Slack updates, our magazines are currently locked away in a mailroom, but we should be getting them early next week! Please check out the distribution sheet to see where you'll be picking up your magazines and distributing them. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know!
Since our release is postponed, we're pushing the release party back a week to 6/7 or 6/8. Please head over to the Slack channel to vote on which time and day works best for you (again haha)!

Hi everyone!
The magazines are finally here! Please check the distribution sheet to see who you'll be picking up packets of magazines from and where you'll be distributing them. Please reach out to the person you're picking up from to arrange a time to get the packets.
Also, the release party will be this Sunday (6/8) from 1-3 pm at Strawberry Creek Park! Come hang out with your fellow authors, editors, and designers to celebrate the release of issue 48! There will be snacks! Thank you so much for all your work making the magazine what it is, as well as your patience with the release!
