Hi everyone,

We're so close to the finish line! Most final drafts are in, and a couple will be trickling in until Friday.

Copy edit assignments are in the story assignments sheet. If you have a final draft, please send it along to your copy editors. If you're still waiting on a final draft, please let your copy editors know when you expect it in by so they can plan schedules accordingly. I don't think we'll need to have a copy edit meeting. Remember to review the BSR style guide for details on grammar and style, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Copy edits must be finalized by Friday, March 27. Once you've compiled all the edits, please upload the final copy edited document to the Box with the title "AuthorLastName_ArticleType_final_copyedited" so it's clear to designers which version to use.

Finally, author names and affiliations and titles & decks should be finalized in the story assignments sheet. If you haven't added yours yet, please do so ASAP so designers can update their layouts accordingly.

Thank you so much everyone for all your hard work! I'm really excited about how all the pieces came together, and I think we have a very strong 50th issue!

Best,
Kat

Lots of articles are still missing titles and/or decks! Let me know if you're having trouble editing the document. Also reminder that you can find our brainstormed list from Beers & Titles here.

Thanks everyone,
Kat
