I have plan BB-HOME-COMBO-ULD-95O-MONTHLY in which the speed 4mb-8mb but I haven't received the speed yet the speed of broadband is at the most 300-500kbp. and DSL drops repeatedly. complaint to the office has not resulted fruitful. instead various excuses are given. latest complaint is on 16 July my landline is down I am waiting for the problem to be addressed. how many more days will it take for technician to look into our complaint.
