Need your help in registering online for viewing my landline and broadband bills.
The Customer ID or Email entered is Invalid or User ID exists. Please Reenter.
I have tried with various combinations of user id (combined my nick name, son's name, added different numbers etc) but all in vain.
I have made around 20-30 attempts on this.
I also have got the broadband connection but when I choose Y to Broadband question and provide my BB user id, I get the following
Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in Your Service.
Please could you suggest what could I be doing wrong here?
Or else If you could register me and let me know my password etc, that will be great. Here are my details
