bsnl android app "my bsnl app"

I downloaded the app "my bsnl app" few days back and entered all the detals like my account number etc.But please tell me as I have account in selffcare the website shows the bill of the month but when I checked it with the app there as no bill generated.Should I wait or is there is a technical flaw in the app.Please specify if I need to wait approx how many days will it take to show the bill .I am from chhattisgarh
