data balance through *112# not working

I have bsnl sim of Chhattisgarh number 9425213978 .The code *112# isn't working.When I choose the option 2 to check the data balance it always shows " connection problem or invalid code" screenshot is attached

This issue is faced by me from past 15-20 days days and even after complaints to customer care no resolution has been made
