Also we should not send a represenation to CMD BSNL only against MT
recruitment but also include DGM RECRUITMENT IN THIS REPERSANTATION.
As the total promotion & recruitment policies made by BSNL are
illogical which are nither in favor of its exeperianced Executives nor
in the favour of BSNL itself.
In DGM recruitment BSNL executives having 12 years experiance in JTO
onwards out of which at least 4 years experiance shuld be as SDE
onwards and educational qualification as B.Sc. First class/B.Tech (any
stream except civil) should also be allowed to apply for External DGM
exam.
The Executive with 12 years exeperiance as JTO onwards will be more
better than the candidate having 12 experiance in a non telecom
domain.
