As per the Presdiential Order issued while the DOT TES GRP B
executives were abosrbed in BSNL at that time time bound promotional
avenues were promised to these executives. But now if there is any
direct MT/ DGM recruitment in BSNL above TES GRP B cadre then it is
the violation of that Presdiential Order.
