Dear All
It is very surprising fact that Sr. SDE's of MTNL being in the E-4
scale are eligible to apply for DGM exam.
MOST OF APPLICANT FOR DGM EXAM ARE SR. SDE FROM MTNL.
All of us know that Sr. SDE is not a separate post in BSNL/MTNL. It
is
only Time bound promotion scale and the official is continue to work
on the same post i.e. as SDE.
So If SDE experience in MTNL is acceptable for becoming DGM in BSNL
then why the same experience in BSNL can not be accepted ?
It is a big legal question.
