Be ready for Legal action against MT recruitment

In case management does not allow relaxation, then,We should keep
ready for legal battle to fight MT recruitment.
For this prepration & awareness at SSA level should be started, so
case can be filed well in time before the closing date to apply for
the exam.

Also It should be brought in the consideration of our association,
that while for pleading relaxation in age/qualification for internal
candidates, The demand for revision of syllabus for Non B.Tech
candidates should also be brought forward as the syllabus of
techanical paper is of complete electronics engineering.
For Non B.Tech candidates, to compete with this syllabus of techanical
paper, the very purpose of qualification relaxation will be defeated.
So for such candidates, the syllabus for this paper can be formed from
advance technologies used in the BSNL.

This will make the examination fair for candidates with all
educational backrounds.
